Early vs Late YD25 Cylinder Heads (Important)

The Nissan YD25 engine has two different cylinder head variants:

Early YD25 (This Product)

• 4 inlet ports
• Found in earlier Navara and Pathfinder models
• No “5XO” marking

Late YD25 (Not This Product)

• 8 inlet ports
• Identified by “5XO” cast into the head

Choosing the correct head is critical for fitment. If you're unsure, check your existing head or contact us before purchasing.

There is NO requirement for you to send us your old head or parts. NO Exchange or Deposit is required. All that is required is for you buy the parts you need and we will have your purchase sent out on freight to you within 1 business day. Simple. 

 

A little about us

All of our assembled heads sold via ETPonline are assembled here is Campbellfield Victoria (Australia). Tthe cylinder head castings and other parts we assembled or sell on online have been imported to Australia through our own company in Shanghai, China. We setup ETP Automotive (Shanghai) in 2004 for the purpose of developing  and controlling the quality of our parts to the high standard we needed. This quality gateway has been very successful and a huge benefit to our customers by allowing us to offer great quality parts at very competitive prices.

 

IMPORTANT

It is recommended to have your parts assembled and fitted by a qualified person. The warranty on these parts does not cover incorrect fitment or fitting mistakes. If you don't know what you're doing get someone who does.

 

FREIGHT NOTE

ETP will not be held responsible for missing freight. It is the buyers responsibility to follow up any missing freight. ETP will assist where possible, however ETP is limited to what the freight company can and cant achieve in the case of missing or lost freight. At the time the freight is booked you will receive the freight consignment number - this will be added to your eBay purchase history (if purchased via ebay) as confirmation the freight has been sent. You can use this consignment number to track the progress of your freight at the relevant website to the freight company used. Our freight is sent with either TNT or StarTrack for domestic sales. Australia Post and DHL Express are used for international purchases. 

Ensure you enter the correct intended delivery address during the checkout process. Your purchase will be delivered to this address. We will not ship to any address other than what you nominated during check out. This is to protect both the buyer and the seller from fraudulent behaviour and is part of the eBay selling requirement and ETP's selling standard. If you've nominated an incorrect address please request a refund for this purchase. Once you have the refund back you can repurchase the part and add in the correct address.  

 

Warranty

There is no warranty at all on used/second hand parts.

The Warranty Period for New Parts Purchased is either twelve (12) months from purchase date on the invoice or 50,000km after purchased part/s is/are installed (whichever occurs first). Where applicable, this warranty covers your purchase and/or labour against defective materials and/or workmanship during the warranty period on the basis that all of the fitting requirements and the OEM fitment procedure are met on installation and subsequent vehicle use.
